What should I bring to my first visit?
Your photo ID, insurance card, a list of current medications, and any prior cardiology records, ECGs, echocardiograms or stress tests.

How do I pay my bill?
Use the PAY NOW button on the home page, mail a check, or pay in person. We'll send an itemized statement after your visit.
How are referrals handled?
If your insurance requires a referral, please ensure your primary care provider sends it before your appointment. We can help coordinate.
What if I have an after-hours emergency?
Call 911 for any cardiac emergency. For non-urgent questions after hours, leave a message and we'll respond the next business day.
